Venus Movie Story Synopsis

This is the story of an elderly actor and his relationship with a teenage girl. Maurice and Ian are veteran actors spending time in coffee shops and theaters, until Jessie, the daughter of Ian's niece, is sent from the country to be his nurse. She disturbs their routine, and going from room to room Jessie drinks all the liquor in the house. Maurice becomes friends with her, gives her a job as an art-model and takes her to museums. In the end she learns from Maurice to respect herself and others. This Art-Drama was released on December 20th, 2006, filmed in London, directed by Roger Michell and stars Vanessa Redgrave, Peter O'Toole, Leslie Phillips, Richard Griffiths, Jodie Whittaker.
